By accessing starshinetech.co.tz, related product websites, or using Starshine Technology Company Limited services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services and products
Starshine provides software development, product platforms, infrastructure, consulting, training and support services. Specific commercial terms, service levels and deliverables are defined in separate proposals, order forms or signed agreements.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our websites or systems, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service availability, upload unlawful content, or use our products in violation of applicable telecommunications, payment, data protection or intellectual property laws.
4. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Starshine retains ownership of its pre-existing software, frameworks, branding, documentation and product platforms. Custom deliverables and licensing terms will be stated in the relevant project agreement.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, billing cycles, taxes and payment methods are defined in the applicable commercial agreement or product pricing page. Late payment may affect service delivery or account access where permitted by law.
6. Warranties and liability
Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Except where prohibited by law, Starshine is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from use of the website or services. Nothing in these terms limits liability where exclusion is not permitted.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where required for security, legal compliance or material breach of these terms. You may stop using our public website at any time.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, unless a separate signed contract states otherwise.
